专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of the automobile. It relates more particularly to a rear spoiler, motor vehicle. Spoiler is a spoiler designed to improve the aerodynamics of the vehicle on which this part is located. The spoilers are also used for aesthetic aspects of the vehicle. The rear spoiler is located at the rear of the vehicle. It is therefore a bodywork part located between the roof and the telescope. The spoiler can for example be located on the upper part of the tailgate, at the rear of the vehicle, just above the upper edge of the bezel. The assembly of the bezel on the tailgate (or on the roof) is performed by a bonding operation that performs both the attachment of the bezel and the sealing function. In order to preserve the integrity of the glue joint, generally deposited in the form of a continuous bead, it is necessary to approach and position the bezel and press the glue by an incident path that is almost perpendicular to the bonding track: this constraint of assembly therefore imposes that the trajectory of supply of the telescope does not interfere with the spoiler. For this, it is necessary to remove the spoiler before positioning the telescope. This, however, is undesirable because it involves an additional assembly and disassembly operation, and this is even impossible when the spoiler is integrated with the tailgate (the term "integrated with" means that the spoiler is molded with this part during its manufacture) or fixed on the tailgate (or flag or body) immovably. Alternatively it is possible to use a spoiler whose length is short enough to allow the positioning of the bezel as described above. However, this has the disadvantage that the possible geometries of the spoiler are limited. An additional disadvantage of such spoilers is that the upper edge of the bezel remains visible, which is detrimental in terms of appearance and therefore quality perceived by a potential user. The present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages. The invention aims to provide a spoiler that allows the assembly of the bezel on the tailgate (or the roof) but whose length and geometry is not limited by this assembly operation.
[0002] This goal is achieved thanks to the fact that the spoiler comprises - A first part which is intended to be fixed in an assembled position at the rear of the vehicle, and which forms the upper face of the spoiler, - A second part which forms at least one part of the underside of the spoiler and which is capable of covering the upper edge of the rear window of the vehicle when the second part is in the assembled position, this second part being removable so as to allow assembly or disassembly of a telescope back on the vehicle.
[0003] Thanks to these provisions, the rear window can be assembled on the rear of the vehicle in the continuity of the flag, either on the tailgate or on the roof or the body regardless of the geometry and the length of the spoiler. Simply remove the second removable part, and then put it back once the assembled bezel. Moreover, this second part, when in the assembled position on the first part, covers the upper edge of the telescope (and the glue seal of the telescope), which improves the quality perceived by a potential user. According to the invention, the first part can form the trailing edge of said spoiler. This first part can be permanently attached to a rear portion of the vehicle. According to one embodiment, the second part is adapted to be fixed in the releasably assembled position on the first part by means of first fixing means. According to one embodiment, the second part is able to be fixed in the position removably assembled on the rear part by means of second fixing means. According to another embodiment, the second part carries technical equipment. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising a rear part of a vehicle, and a spoiler according to the invention which is fixed on this rear part. For example, the rear portion has an upper extension that extends into the space between the first portion and the second portion. Thus, the distal end of the upper extension may be adapted to be shortened or elongated to decrease or increase the length of said spoiler. Furthermore, the first part may be adapted to be fixed on the upper extension by means of first fixing means.
[0004] In another example, the rear portion has a lower extension which is located under the upper extension and on which is fixed the upper edge of the bezel. The second part can then be adapted to be fixed on the lower extension by means of second fixing means. According to an example, this rear part is a hatchback which comprises a lining integrated to the tailgate, this lining having this upper extension and / or this lower extension. Thus, one can easily choose the final length of the spoiler and configure its geometry simply by changing the length of the upper extension of the tailgate liner. The tailgate liner is then positioned with a first portion of the spoiler, the length of which is adapted to that of the tailgate, and a second portion of the spoiler. The invention will be better understood and its advantages will appear better on reading the detailed description which follows, of an embodiment shown by way of non-limiting example. The description refers to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a sectional view of a spoiler and an assembly according to the invention - Figure 2 is a sectional view of a variant of a spoiler and an assembly according to the invention, - Figure 3 is a sectional view of a spoiler and an assembly according to another embodiment of the invention. Figure 1 illustrates a particular embodiment of a rear spoiler 1 according to the invention. The invention is described below in the case where the first part 10 of the spoiler 1 is mounted on the tailgate 90 of the vehicle. The invention however also applies to the case where the spoiler 1 is mounted on a vehicle that does not have a liftgate 90, the spoiler 1 then being mounted on the roof (roof) of the vehicle, or on the vehicle body. For example the spoiler 1 is mounted on a roof rear crossmember. In the most general case, the spoiler 1 is mounted on a rear portion of a vehicle. Thus, in the description below, the rear portion is a tailgate which has a liner 50 integral with the tailgate, said liner 50 having an upper extension 55 and / or a lower extension 58 (see below).
[0005] The spoiler 1 illustrated in Figure 1 is mounted on a liner 50 tailgate 90 of a motor vehicle, more precisely on the upper amount of the frame forming the opening for receiving the bezel 98. The liner 50 is integrated in the tailgate 90 that is, the liner 50 is molded with the hatch 90 during manufacture. By convention, the liner 50 (and its upper extensions 55 and lower 58 - see below) are not part of the spoiler 1. The section of Figure 1 is in the longitudinal plane of the vehicle (from the front to the rear, the front being located on the right in the figure, and the rear left), the direction perpendicular to the section plane is the left-right direction of the vehicle (transverse direction). This spoiler 1 comprises a first part 10, which is fixed on this liner 50 in a position assembled with glue 12, as shown in FIG. 1. Alternatively, the first part 10 is fixed on the liner 50 to the liner 50. using means of permanent mechanical assemblies such as rivets, or removable mechanical assembly means such as screw-nut assemblies, or a mixture of several of these means. Alternatively, at least a portion of the first portion 10 is integrated in the tailgate 90. The entire first portion 10 can thus be integrated in the tailgate 90. Thus, for example, according to the invention, the first portion 10 is integral with permanent tailgate 50, or more generally a rear portion of the vehicle.
[0006] The first part 10 forms the upper face of the spoiler 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the first part 10 also forms the trailing edge of the spoiler 1. The spoiler 1 also comprises a second part 20 which forms at least one part of the underside of the spoiler 1. For example, as shown in Figure 1, the second portion 20 forms the entire underside of the spoiler 1. The tailgate 90 carries a bezel (rear) 98 which is in particular fixed by its upper edge 985 on the tailgate 90 by a glue joint (visible in Figure 1).
[0007] The second part 20 is removable so as to allow assembly or disassembly of this rear window 98 on the vehicle. Thus, once the rear window 98 attached to the tailgate 90, we just fix the second portion 20 on the first portion 10 and / or on the tailgate 90, the second portion 20 then being in an assembled position. In this assembled position, the second portion 20 covers the upper edge 985 of the bezel 98 so that this edge (and in particular the bead or seal with the tailgate liner 90) is not visible. for a person standing behind and outside the vehicle and looking at the telescope and the spoiler. In general, the second portion (20) is adapted to be fixed in the releasably assembled position on the first portion (10) by means of first fixing means (21). Alternatively, or in addition, the second portion (20) is adapted to be fixed in position removably assembled on the tailgate (90) (or more generally on the rear part of the vehicle) by means of second fastening means (22). . For example, the second portion 20 is removably attached to the first portion 10 by means of first fastening means 21, and on the tailgate 90 by means of second fastening means 22. Figure 1 illustrates the case where the second part 20 is fixed both on the first part 10 and on the lining 50 of the tailgate 90. The first fastening means 21 are the assembly formed on the one hand by a groove formed by the curved end of the first part 10 s extending over all or part of the transverse width of the first portion 10, and secondly by a hook at one end of the second portion 20 extending over all or part of the transverse width of the second portion 20, this groove and hook cooperating to achieve the attachment of the first portion 10 on the second portion 20. Alternatively, the first fastening means 21 are for example snaps, tabs / holes sets.
[0008] As illustrated in Figure 1, the liner 50 has an upper extension 55, and a lower extension 58 located under the upper extension 55 and on which is fixed the upper edge 985 of the bezel 98. In this case, the liner 50 is subdivided from front to rear (vehicle direction) in the upper extension 55 and the lower extension 58.
[0009] Advantageously, the upper extension 55 extends in the space between the first portion 10 and the second portion 20. Other geometries of the upper extension 55 are possible. The first part 10 is able to be fixed on the upper extension 55 by means of the first fixing means 21 and the second part 20 is able to be fixed on the lower extension 58 by means of the second fastening means 22. 1 shows the first part 10 in the assembled position on the upper extension 55 (for example using glue) and the second part 20 in the assembled position on the lower extension 58 by means of the second fastening means 22. The second fastening means 22 are screw-nut assemblies (bolts) distributed over the transverse width of the liner 50 of the tailgate 90 and which secure the second portion 20 to the liner 50. Thus, the second portion 20 being secured to one end on the first part 10 and at its other end on the tailgate 90, is held firmly in place. Alternatively, the second attachment means 22 are for example snaps, tabs / holes sets. The second part 20 being removable, one can always remove the bezel 98 after removing the second part 20, and replace it with another bezel if necessary without having to touch the first part 10, which is not necessarily removable. After replacing the bezel 98, it is sufficient to fix the second portion 20 again to the first portion 10. In the assembled position, the upper edge 985 of the bezel 98 is thus sandwiched between one end of the liner 50 on which is bonded to this upper edge 985, and a portion of the second portion 20, as shown in FIG. 1. Advantageously, an elastic seal is interposed between the upper edge 985 and this portion of the second portion 20, in order to catch up with games and to ensure a seal. Figure 2 illustrates a variation of the invention in which the upper extension 55 of the liner 50 extends further rearwardly than the upper extension 55 in the case illustrated in Figure 1. The vertical line dotted line designated "E" in Fig. 1 marks the rear end of the upper extension 55 (distal end 552). In Figure 2, the line "E" is positioned identically with respect to the elements of identical shape and position between the two figures (for example the bezel 98). It is noted that the upper extension 55 has a distal end 552 that extends rearwardly beyond the line "E". As a result, the first portion 10 and the second portion 20 of the spoiler 1 also extend further rearwardly than in the case illustrated in FIG. 1. In both cases, the first portion 10 rests (and is for example glued) on the distal end 552, which confers greater rigidity to the spoiler 1.
[0010] This allows to have a spoiler 1 further elongated rearward, which can notably improve the aerodynamics of the vehicle. Conversely, the distal end 552 of the upper extension 55 can be shortened to reduce the length of the spoiler 1, which amounts to going from the variant shown in Figure 2 to the variant shown in Figure 1. Thus, the The distal end 552 of the upper extension 55 is adapted to be shortened or elongated to decrease or increase the length of the spoiler 1. This has the advantage of allowing easy modification of the properties of the spoiler 1 and its appearance. external. FIG. 3 illustrates a variant of the invention in which the second part 20 carries technical equipment 80. By technical element is meant an element providing a functionality to the vehicle other than that of the spoiler. This technical element is for example all or part of a rear traffic light, a decorative element (chrome rush, emblem ...) or bright (backlit edged ...), an antenna, a windshield washer (composed of the nozzle and the pipe), a windscreen wiper, a camera, a sensor, a radar. The technical element 80 opens onto the outside of the vehicle through a hole 30 specially arranged in the second part 20. Advantageously, this hole can be arranged to receive one of several separate technical elements 80, so that the technical elements 80 are interchangeable without the need to change the second part 20.
[0011] If necessary, this technical element is connected to a power supply or vehicle water via a connection 85, which if necessary passes through the liner 50 through a hole specially designed to make this connection. Thus, the technical element 80 is thus better visible from another vehicle depending on the vehicle, which is especially advantageous if it is a traffic light or a decorative element and / or light. Advantageously, the second portion 20 may also simultaneously carry a plurality of technical elements 80, for example a rear light and a windscreen wiper.
